Rev. SAMUEL GIFT STEPHEN
Senior Overseer
Rev Samuel Gift Stephen is the Senior Overseer of Life Centre (formerly Smyrna Assembly) and Founder of Life Centre Community Services. He serves as Lead Director and Chief Outreach Officer of Hope Initiative Alliance and the Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach. Nationally, he is Vice President of the Evangelical Alliance of Singapore and a Board Member of APCCS.
He also chairs Ministers Fellowship International (Singapore) and founded the Alliance of Indian Ministers. Rev Samuel sits on the Board of Teen Challenge and also Serves on the Love Singapore Team. (Singapore). He Married to Grace, they have two daughters, Emmanuella and Daniella, and a puppy, Micah. Rev Sam is a hardcore Arsenal Football Club Supporter.

Pastor Ruth is someone who loves God and people. Her heart is for the lost and especially the least. Along with her late Husband, Rev John Stephen, they pioneered Smyrna Assembly (now known as Life Centre) in 1980.
